Private Referral
Leye Ajayi is registered with all the major health insurance providers. Patients wishing to see Leye Ajayi privately, either at St John & St Elizabeth Hospital or The Wellington Hospital, please contact his PA, Simi Balogun, by email or on 020 7432 8333.

NHS Referral
Patients can be referred by their GP to see Mr Ajayi at The Royal Free Hospital, London NW3 2QG.
In London, all referrals need to be sent by the established Electronic Referral System (ERS).
Fees
New patient/initial consultation: £270
Follow-up appointments: £220
If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation to check that they agree to cover the cost within your policy terms. You are responsible for any fees or part of fees not covered by your insurer.
If you are self-funding your appointment fees, payment in full will be required prior to your appointment.
